Sigma Phi Epsilon Hosts Golf Tournament for MD April 28
SALISBURY, MD---Muscular dystrophy is a genetic condition that afflicts over one million Americans and covers about 20 different muscular diseases. In an effort to fund research into this condition, the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity at ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ hosts a benefit golf tournament at Nassawango Golf Course Saturday, April 28.
The tournament is a best ball scramble with a shotgun start that will begin at 1 p.m., following lunch at 11:45 a.m. Entry fee for one participant is $80 and $300 for a foursome. This fee includes a round of golf, bucket of range balls, giftbag, lunch and dinner. Prizes are awarded for low gross, high gross, longest drive, closest to the pin and hole-in-one.
All proceeds from the tournament go toward starting an endowment fund for the Muscular Dystrophy Foundation. To enter or donate, send checks to Sigma Phi Epsilon at Campus Box 3128, ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥, MD 21801.
