SU Student Gives Big 'Booyah' on CNBC's 'Mad Money'
SALISBURY, MD---¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ received a shout-out—literally—on the December 2 episode of CNBC’s Mad Money with Jim Cramer.
John Stockel of Woodstock, MD, a management major in SU’s Franklin P. Perdue School of Business, spoke on the air with Cramer during the show’s “Lightning Round” segment, opening the conversation with “Big ‘booyah’ from ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥!”
Cramer didn’t hesitate, responding, “Hey, yeah, you’re right from where Erin’s from,” referencing fellow CNBC host Erin Burnett, a native of nearby Mardela Springs, MD.
Stockel asked Cramer his opinion on purchasing stock in Maryland-based clothing manufacturer Under Armour, a move Cramer approved.
