Yale Russian Chorus performs at SU March 9

SALISBURY, MD---The Yale Russian Chorus performs at ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ 3 p.m. Sunday, March 9, in the Great Hall of Holloway Hall.

The oldest tenor-bass a cappella singing group in the U.S. dedicated to the choral music of Eastern Europe, the chorus was hailed by the Wall Street Journal as “Diplomats of Song.” Founded 1953 at the height of the Cold War, the chorus has made more than 20 tours of the Soviet Union, Russia and Eastern Europe; won international choral competitions; released 20 albums; and performed for presidents and in the world's leading concert halls.

Admission is free and the public is invited; however, tickets are required. Tickets are available through SU’s online box office
