September 3 Deadline Approaching for SU Student COVID-19 Vaccinations, Exemption Requests

Dear SU students,

As ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ continues its COVID-19 precautions, please note the following:

  • Friday, September 3, is the final day to receive at least your first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine or receive an SU-issued exemption before losing campus access beginning Monday, September 6. Exemption requests are due by noon September 3 at CampusHealth@salisbury.edu.
  • All students also MUST complete the SU COVID-19 Information Consent Form to maintain campus access.
  • Students must continue SU COVID-19 testing every Tuesday and Thursday until they are fully vaccinated (both shots of a two-dose vaccine or a single shot of the one-dose vaccine, plus 14 days).
  • Free vaccinations remain available through Campus Health. Appointments may be made online at .
  • Classes and assignments missed due to lack of campus access will not be excused, and faculty are not required to provide accommodations for unvaccinated students.
  • Face masks continue to be required in all SU buildings, regardless of vaccination status. Instructions for appropriate face mask use are available on the SU COVID-19 webpage. Please note: Gaiters, bandanas and scarves are among face coverings not approved at SU.
