When a bill has received an overpayment (from scholarships, financial aid, or account adjustments), a refund will be issued. To ensure a faster receipt of the refund with direct deposit - students should choose a refund preference with . If no refund preference is chosen, a check will be mailed three weeks after ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ submits it for refunding to Bank Mobile Disbursements.

Parent Plus refunds will be mailed to the parent’s address three weeks after ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ submits it for refunding to Bank Mobile Disbursements. The only exception, to have the refund sent to the student, is when it is designated within the FAFSA application.

If a check has been lost/not received within the specified time frame, please email selfservicebilling@salisbury.edu to request a stop payment of the original check and a re-issue of a new check.
